We’re honored that Télé Liban recently featured MARCH Lebanon and our landmark festival, “What Unites Us Matters More,” in a heartfelt bulletin spotlighting our reconciliation efforts. The coverage portrayed how our decade-long journey from former actors in sectarian strife to true agents of peace culminated in this festival, transforming Syria Street, once a frontline, into a vibrant space for unity. The segment beautifully illustrated three pivotal moments: the emotionally resonant play performed by youth and former fighters, standing as a testament to shared humanity; the heartfelt tribute to Salah Tizani, celebrating his cultural legacy and unifying spirit; and the Lebanese Army’s participation, not only as guardians of security but as active partners in this collective act of healing and trsutbuilding. Through its story, Télé Liban reaffirmed MARCH’s belief that bonds built on compassion and coexistence are far stronger than any force that divides and that from the heart of Tripoli, Lebanon’s path to unity can shine bright.
